Friday, the Unicoi County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will host another Five Dollar Masquerade Jewelry Sale in the hospital lobby.
Handbags, watches, scarves, wallets, and other springtime accessories will be available for five dollars each plus tax -- similar, says Auxiliary President Anne Frazier, to what customers would find in an upscale boutique.
"All that is missing is the fancy packaging," Frazier says.
The sale begins Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A special one-hour "preview" sale will be held Thursday night from 9:00 to 10:00.
Proceeds from Auxiliary events such as this one fund new equipment and technologies for hospital departments.
