"Silver Sneakers" is one of the largest-growing programs in terms of popularity at the Unicoi County Family YMCA.
The preventative exercise and full-health program enhances the quality of life for mature adults across the country. In the past ten years, Silver Sneakers has grown into the largest senior-focused exercise program in the United States.
Partnerships between HCD and HMOs allow Medicare-eligible members of those health plans to participate in YMCA programs at no additional cost.
