The Unicoi County graduation rate is being studied by Nashville legislators.
Tennessee Fifth District Representative David Hawk gives his views on the new statistics on the WEMB.com NewsCast. Hawk says one of the major areas that government is concerned with now is that of nontraditional students returning to school, and the grants or scholarships that may help them to acquire a college degree.
